Allo Ultra 500

Our Allo Ultra 500 range is one listing: Mango Ice, a disposable in 20 mg/mL at $12.99. There's only one flavour and one strength, so the real question is whether the Ultra 500's size and charging setup suit you. Allo describes it as USB Type-C rechargeable with the cable not included, so you'll need a cable of your own.

What Allo rates the Ultra 500 for

Allo rates the Ultra 500 disposable vape for up to 500 puffs from 2 mL of e-liquid, with a 400 mAh battery. The 500-puff figure is Allo's rating, not a promise of how long one device will last for you.

Allo also lists a mesh coil and a smart chipset. It says the device uses Allo technology to minimize leakage and spit-back (liquid reaching the mouthpiece). According to Allo, over-inhale and short-circuit protection come standard.

Charging the Ultra 500 with your own USB Type-C cable

Recharging the Ultra 500's 400 mAh battery restores power but adds no e-liquid. That means a charge only helps when the battery runs flat before the liquid does. Because the Ultra 500 is a disposable, it's finished once its 2 mL is used up, however much charge is left.

Health Canada's vaping product safety guidance advises reading the manufacturer's instructions for storing and recharging your device, not going past the recommended charging time, and not modifying the device. The same guidance says not to use or charge vaping devices near oxygen sources, such as pressurized containers used for oxygen therapy.

The Ultra 500 next to the Ultra 1600 and Ultra 2500

Allo's Ultra 500 collection page also lists ratings for two larger Ultra devices. Allo rates the Allo Ultra 1600 for up to 1600 puffs from 6 mL of e-liquid with a 1000 mAh battery. It rates the Allo Ultra 2500 for up to 2500 puffs from 8 mL of e-liquid with a 1300 mAh battery. At 500 puffs, 2 mL and 400 mAh, the Ultra 500 is the smallest of the three.

Charging is where they differ. On that page, Allo describes the Ultra 2500 as needing "no recharging required" and doesn't mention recharging for the Ultra 1600. If you'd rather not supply a cable, weigh that against the Ultra 500's smaller size.

Mango Ice, the one Ultra 500 flavour we carry

Mango Ice is our only Allo Ultra 500 listing. It's a single fruit, mango, with an ice finish. It comes in 20 mg/mL only, which is the maximum set by the Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations.
