10 or 20 mg/mL, offered in every flavour

Every Dinner Lady Salt flavour we carry comes in both 10 mg/mL and 20 mg/mL, so the strength you pick never limits your choice of flavour. Salt nicotine, often shortened to nic salt, is the only nicotine type in this line. Dinner Lady describes its nic salts as able to deliver higher nicotine strengths without becoming too harsh on the throat.

Health Canada's Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations set a maximum nicotine concentration of 20 mg/mL for vaping products manufactured or imported for sale in Canada (Health Canada, vaping products regulations). The same regulations prohibit the packaging and sale of a vaping product when the nicotine concentration shown on the package exceeds 20 mg/mL. That puts the 20 mg/mL option at the federal maximum, and 10 mg/mL is half of it.

If you already use nic salt at a known strength, the simplest choice is to order the same mg/mL figure. When your bottle arrives, check the mg/mL figure on the label to confirm the strength you ordered.
