Elixir

Every Elixir bottle we list is 60 mL of freebase e-liquid at $34.99, so size and price won't decide anything for you. You choose a nicotine strength (0, 3 or 6 mg/mL) and a flavour. Most of the flavours are fruit, split across the Essence and Evolution series. If you want nicotine salt instead, we carry Elixir Salt as a separate line.

Essence and Evolution: two series, one bottle and one price

The Elixir line we carry has two series, Essence and Evolution. They share the same bottle and price, so the series name tells you which group a flavour belongs to, not anything about size or value.

Each series has three kinds of listing: flavours named for a single fruit, a cooled pairing of two fruits, and listings whose names don't mention a fruit. For that last group, check the product page for the flavour description. Since price and bottle size don't vary, pick a strength first and a flavour second.

Choosing between 0, 3 and 6 mg/mL

The nicotine strength on an Elixir bottle is a concentration: milligrams of nicotine in each millilitre of liquid. It isn't a total for the whole bottle. A 60 mL bottle at 3 mg/mL has the same amount of nicotine in each millilitre as a smaller bottle at 3 mg/mL. The larger bottle just holds more liquid.

The 0 mg/mL option is the nicotine-free version of the same flavours, and 3 and 6 mg/mL are the two nicotine strengths. When you choose, go by the concentration printed on the label and shown on the product page.

Canada sets a maximum nicotine concentration of 20 mg/mL for vaping products manufactured or imported for sale in Canada, according to Health Canada's vaping products regulations page. The Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations also prohibit packaging and selling vaping products whose package displays a concentration above 20 mg/mL. The strongest Elixir option, 6 mg/mL, is under a third of that limit.

This page lists only freebase Elixir. We carry Elixir Salt nicotine e-liquid as a separate line with its own page.

Which line fits depends mostly on your device. Before you choose between the two, check whether your device's manufacturer recommends freebase or nicotine salt e-liquid.

Single-fruit Elixir flavours

The listings named for a single fruit are split evenly between the two series. In the Essence Series, Peachy Keen is the peach flavour and Mango Maniac is the mango flavour. The Evolution Series has one strawberry listing and one blueberry listing. Other listings in the line don't name a fruit, so read their product pages for the flavour details.

Cooled fruit pairings: Freeze and Chill

Two Elixir listings pair two fruits with a cooling finish, marked by "Freeze" or "Chill" in the product name. The Essence pairing is lychee and peach. The Evolution pairing is watermelon and lemon. For cooled liquids from other brands, see our iced flavour selection.

Peach is the only fruit named in both a single-fruit listing and a cooled pairing. If you like peach, you can compare it plain and cooled at the same price and bottle size.
