20 mg/mL: the federal maximum, explained

The figure means 20 milligrams of nicotine in each millilitre of liquid. Federal regulatory text also expresses this concentration as 2% (Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations).

The Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations set a maximum of 20 mg/mL for vaping products manufactured or imported for sale in Canada (Health Canada). Those regulations also prohibit packaging and selling a vaping product if the nicotine concentration shown on the package exceeds 20 mg/mL. That puts this line's 20 mg/mL strength at the federal ceiling, and a version labelled higher can't be sold in Canada.
