Geek Bar Salt

Every Geek Bar Salt listing we carry costs $26.99 and comes in one strength, 20 mg/mL nicotine salt. That leaves one choice: the flavour. All of them include ice, and most pair it with a single fruit. Geek Bar Salt is a bottled liquid for a refillable device you already use. It is a separate line from the Geek Bar Pulse lines, which have their own pages.

One price and one strength: 20 mg/mL nicotine salt

The single strength, 20 mg/mL, is also the federal maximum. Health Canada's Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations set a maximum nicotine concentration of 20 mg/mL for vaping products manufactured or imported for sale in Canada. They also prohibit packaging and selling a vaping product if the concentration shown on the package is above 20 mg/mL. Geek Bar Salt is at that ceiling, so there is no stronger version for sale in Canada to look for.

If you want a lower strength, you can compare other nicotine salt liquids in our Salt Nic category, where the filters show which strengths are available. If you came looking for a Geek Bar Pulse line instead, each has its own page: Geek Bar Pulse 9K, Geek Bar Pulse X 25K and Geek Bar Pulse 2 80K.

Ice on every listing, and the fruit underneath

Every Geek Bar Salt flavour name includes Ice, so cooling is part of every listing and the real choice is the fruit underneath. Fruit is the main flavour profile in this line, followed by menthol.

Single fruits with ice

The single-fruit listings pair ice with white grape, coconut, banana, watermelon or strawberry. If you already know which fruit you like, start here, because each name tells you the one fruit it contains. To compare fruit liquids from other lines, browse our fruit flavours.

A two-fruit pairing

Mango Peach Ice pairs mango and peach with ice, so choose it if you want two fruits together rather than one.

Listings without a named fruit

Ice Blast doesn't name a fruit in its title. Use the Menthol and Iced filters to compare it with other cooling liquids, and open its product page before you choose. Another listing in the grid also has no specific fruit in its name, so open its product page before choosing it too.

Mixing flavours toward the Vape Juice discount

Geek Bar Salt counts toward our Vape Juice volume discount: 10% off 2–3 items, 12% off 4–5 items and 15% off 6 or more. The tiers apply to regular-priced items only, and sale items are excluded.

Because the tiers count items, you can mix flavours instead of buying several bottles of one flavour to reach a tier. For example, a cart with three different iced fruits would reach the same tier as three bottles of one flavour, provided all three are regular-priced.

Storing and handling a bottle of nicotine liquid

A bottle of Geek Bar Salt stays in your home and gets opened every time you refill, unlike a sealed disposable. Health Canada's vaping product safety guidance states that vaping liquid containing nicotine is poisonous, and that young children are more susceptible to harm from nicotine.

Health Canada gives these tips for handling vaping liquids:

• Store bottles out of sight and reach of children and pets.
• Keep bottles in a cool, dry place where they can't be confused for food, drinks or medicine.
• Wash your hands immediately after handling vaping liquid, or wear gloves.
• Close the container securely after each use. Child-resistant doesn't mean child-proof.
• Never mix household chemical products or additives into vaping liquid. Health Canada also advises against adding substances the manufacturer did not intend.

If someone has swallowed vaping liquid, Health Canada says to seek emergency medical attention or call 9-1-1 or a Poison Control Centre at 1-844-POISON-X (1-844-764-7669).
