About
Every OXVA x Flavour Beast salt bottle we carry is 30 mL of salt-nicotine e-liquid at $24.99. Size, format and price are the same on every listing, so the only way to choose is the flavour named between "Fresh" and "Ice". These are refill e-liquids for refillable devices, not disposables.
Same bottle, same price: the flavour name does the work
This line comes in 20+ flavours, and nothing else changes between listings. The useful skill on this page is reading the names.
The names follow a set pattern. Every one starts with "Fresh" and most end with "Ice", so skip the first and last words and read the middle. The middle names the fruit, the fruit blend or the mint or menthol component. That is the real difference between bottles.
A few names break the pattern. The dragonfruit listing is one of the few without "Ice" at the end. Some other names use abbreviations that the product title does not explain, so open the full product page before you add one of those to your cart.
The profile filters beside the grid will narrow the list quickly. Fruit is the largest profile in this line, followed by Iced and then Menthol. To compare salt-nicotine bottles across every brand we carry, see our salt nic e-liquid range. Our vape juice collection covers refill liquids more broadly. Puff'Dis also carries the separate OXVA line.
Single fruits under ice
Each single-fruit bottle names one fruit plus ice. Our catalogue lists watermelon, pear, mango, green apple, orange and lychee in this format. Dragonfruit is also a single fruit, but its name has no "Ice".
If you already know which fruit you want, start here. Ice is the only other component in the name, so there is nothing else to decode before you open the product page. To find the same fruits in other lines, browse our fruit flavour e-liquids or the iced flavour range.
Two- and three-fruit blends under ice
The blend listings put two or more fruits before "Ice". The two-fruit names are grape and strawberry, blueberry and cherry, cherry and berry, kiwi and lime, and mango and passion. One three-fruit listing names peach, cherry and lemon.
Two listings are berry mixes: red berries and wild berries. Grape also appears in a triple grape listing.
Cherry appears in three of these blends: with blueberry, with berry, and with peach and lemon. If you want cherry, compare those three by the fruit each one adds. Mango works the same way. You can choose a mango-only bottle or a mango and passion blend, depending on whether you want one named fruit or two.
A blend name tells you which fruits it includes. It does not tell you how strong each fruit is compared with the others.
Mint, spearmint and menthol options
The mint group has three listings: mint with ice, spearmint with ice and menthol with ice. Mint and spearmint are sold as separate bottles, so you can choose the specific type of mint.
Blackcurrant menthol ice sits between the groups. Its name pairs one fruit with menthol, so it's worth comparing if you're choosing between the fruit bottles and the menthol bottles. For menthol options in other lines, see our menthol flavour range.
What a legal 30 mL refill bottle must carry
Health Canada regulations set out what a stand-alone refill container like these 30 mL bottles must display.
Under Part 2 of the Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations, a stand-alone container holding nicotine at 0.1 mg/mL or more must be child-resistant and must display toxicity information, according to Health Canada's Industry Guide to Vaping Products. The container must stay child-resistant for the useful life of the liquid inside it. Vaping products that contain nicotine must also display a nicotine concentration statement and a health warning that nicotine is highly addictive.
The concentration on that statement has a ceiling. The Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations set a maximum of 20 mg/mL for vaping products made or imported for sale in Canada. They also ban packaging or selling a product whose package displays a higher concentration, according to Health Canada's vaping products regulations page.
The ingredient list must appear in English and French, with each ingredient's common name written in full. That means "propylene glycol" and "vegetable glycerin", not PG or VG. Nicotine salts may be listed as "nicotine salt" or a similar common name. Ingredients added only for flavour appear once, as the single term "flavour" in English and "arôme" in French. Because the label won't list individual flavourings, the product name remains your guide to the flavour.
Health Canada also states that nicotine is highly toxic if swallowed and that young children are particularly susceptible to nicotine poisoning. Close the cap fully after each refill and keep bottles out of children's reach.
