Vape Hardware & Devices
A replacement pod, coil, seal or glass section only helps if it fits the exact device you own, so begin with the model name printed on your device, tank or its box. Our vape hardware range has 200+ items from 20+ brands, priced $1.99 to $109.99. It runs from small seal sets and replacement glass to 200W mod kits, and much of it is made for one specific device family.

About Vape Hardware.
Start from the model name of the device you own
Replacement parts in our hardware range are named for one device series, not for a whole brand. The SMOK TFV12 P-Tank Replacement Seal Set, SMOK Resa P-Tank Replacement Glass, UWELL Caliburn A3 Replacement Pods, UWELL Crown 5 Replacement Coils, SMOK RPM40 Replacement Pods and SMOK Nfix Replacement Pods each belong to a specific device. A seal, a glass section or a pod has to match the tank or device it goes into, so the model name tells you more than the brand logo does.
Similar names do not mean the parts swap unless the listing says so. UWELL Caliburn A3, Caliburn AK3 and Caliburn GPP A are separate listings, so match the full model name and not just the Caliburn family name. Take the same care with brands that have long product lines, such as SMOK's TFV and RPM series.
Some listings name every model they fit. The FreeMax 904L M Mesh Coils listing names the M Pro, M Pro 2 and M Pro 3. The FreeMax replacement glass names the same three tanks, and the SMOK TFV16/18 Drip Tip names both the TFV16 and the TFV18. Vaporesso Luxe Q & QS Replacement Pods work the same way. If your model isn't named in the listing, don't assume the part fits.
Do this before you filter anything: find the model printed on your device, tank or original pod (or on its box), then compare it with the listing name word for word. Once you know the series, the brand pages for UWELL devices and parts, GeekVape mods and tanks and Freemax tanks and coils shorten the grid.
What do the numbers and tags in a hardware listing tell you?
A hardware listing name can include up to four useful details: a pack count, a capacity in mL, a maximum wattage, and tags such as CRC or (External).
Pack counts
A pack count in brackets tells you how many pods or coils come in one listing. UWELL Caliburn A3 Replacement Pods come as a 4 pack, SMOK RPM Coils as a 5 pack and Horizon Tech Aquila Coils as a 3 pack. Some listings, such as the GeekVape Aegis Boost B60 SE Replacement Pod, have no pack count in the name. When you compare two listings, look at how many pods or coils each one contains as well as the price.
Capacity in mL
An mL figure in a pod or tank name is the capacity stated for that pod or tank. UWELL Crown B Replacement Pods are listed at 3.5mL, the Vaporesso Eco Nano Replacement Pod at 6ml, the Voopoo Drag S2 Pod Mod Kit at 5mL and the GeekVape Z Sub-Ohm SE Tank at 5.5mL. A larger reservoir holds more liquid between refills.
Wattage
A wattage figure in a device name is the manufacturer's rated maximum output. The Aspire Zelos 3 Starter Kit is rated at 80W, the Voopoo Drag S2 at 60W, the GeekVape Aegis Solo 3 Mod at 100W and the GeekVape Aegis Legend 5 Mod at 200W. A maximum is a ceiling, not a setting to aim for. Check the manufacturer's instructions for your device and coil before you choose a setting.
CRC and (External) tags
CRC appears in brackets or parentheses in many listing names. It marks a child-resistant version of a device, tank or pod, and the section on child-resistant packaging below explains why. Some mod listings, such as the GeekVape Aegis Solo 3 100W Mod and the GeekVape Aegis Legend 3 200W Starter Kit, also carry an (External) tag. Before you buy one of these, check the manufacturer's instructions to see what power source the device uses and, if it takes removable batteries, which battery type it needs.
Starter kits, pod kits and mods sold on their own
A starter kit or pod kit pairs a device with its matching tank or pod in one purchase. Examples in our range include the Aspire Zelos 3 80W Starter Kit, VOOPOO Drag 6 Starter Kit, Vaporesso Armour Octa Starter Kit, UWELL Caliburn A3 Pod Kit, GeekVape Wenax Q 2 Pod Kit and Vaporesso XROS Cube Pod Kit. With a kit, the device and its tank or pod come as a set, so you have one less fit decision to make.
A listing named only "Mod" is the device by itself, with no tank. The GeekVape Aegis Solo 3 100W Mod and the GeekVape Aegis Legend 5 200W Mod are sold this way. Tanks sold separately in our range include the Aspire Nautilus 3 and Nautilus 3S, the GeekVape Z Sub-Ohm SE and the FreeMax M Pro 3. Buying a mod and tank separately gives you more choice, but you need to check the manufacturer's specifications for both before you pair them.
Whichever way you go, the pod or coil series in your kit or tank decides which replacements you buy later. Write down that series name when you choose, because it's the name you'll match against replacement listings. If you only want pod devices, our vape pod systems page shows only those.
Refillable devices and tanks take bottled e-liquid, which we sell separately as vape juice and salt nic.
Why do device and tank listings carry a CRC mark?
Federal packaging rules treat refillable vaping devices and parts as containers that must be child-resistant, even when they hold no liquid. That is why kits, tanks and many replacement pods in our range are listed as CRC versions, such as the Aspire Nautilus 3S Tank (CRC) and the UWELL Crown B Replacement Pods.
Part 2 of the Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations applies the child-resistant container requirement to immediate containers that are vaping devices or parts, whether or not they contain a vaping substance. Health Canada's industry guide to vaping products under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act says this covers refillable devices and refillable parts, including tanks and reservoirs, even when they are not prefilled with nicotine liquid. The same guide says the purpose of Part 2 is to reduce the risk that young children will swallow vaping substances that contain toxic concentrations of nicotine.
Child-resistant packaging only works if you use it properly. Health Canada's vaping product safety page notes that child-resistant does not mean child-proof. Its tips for vaping liquid are to close the container securely after each use and to store it out of sight and reach of children and pets.
External batteries and chargers: handling advice from Health Canada
If your mod takes removable batteries, you need batteries and a charger as well as the device. The range includes chargers such as the Nitecore Digi Charger D4 and the Kangertech EVOD 510 USB Charger, listed at 4.2V, 400mA. Efest, Samsung and Nitecore all appear in the brand filter.
Health Canada's industry guide says lithium-ion battery failures are uncommon, but that battery failures cause most hardware incidents with vaping devices. The guide explains that the heating element in a vaping device draws more current than most other portable electronics, and that this current can put heavy strain on the battery.
Health Canada's consumer advice for lithium-ion batteries used with vaping devices includes these steps:
- Buy lithium-ion batteries that are recommended by the manufacturer, from a trusted source.
- Read the manufacturer's instructions for storing and recharging your device.
- Do not exceed the recommended charging time.
- Do not modify your vaping device.
- Keep spare batteries in a protective case.
- Never carry spare batteries in a pocket or anywhere they can touch loose coins, keys or other metal objects.
- Do not use or charge vaping devices near oxygen sources, such as pressurized containers used for oxygen therapy.
Health Canada also suggests choosing vaping devices certified to a safety standard such as ANSI/CAN/UL 8139, to reduce the risk of fire or explosion. Start with the battery type named in your device's manufacturer instructions, then choose batteries and a charger that match it.
Common questions.
How do I know which replacement pod or coil fits my device?
A replacement pod or coil fits your device only when the listing name matches your device's model. Find the model printed on your device, tank or original pod, then compare it with the listing name word for word. Similar names such as Caliburn A3 and Caliburn AK3 are separate products. A part that lists several models, such as M Pro / M Pro 2 / M Pro 3, fits only those models.
What does CRC mean in a device or tank listing?
CRC in a listing name means the product is a child-resistant version. Under Part 2 of the Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations, refillable vaping devices and parts, including tanks and reservoirs, must meet child-resistant container requirements even when they hold no liquid. Health Canada notes that child-resistant does not mean child-proof, so close containers securely after each use and keep vaping liquid out of sight and reach of children and pets.
Do hardware prices include excise tax, and how does shipping work?
Our hardware prices include federal excise tax. We process orders in 2 to 3 business days and ship only within Canada, to adults 19+. Shipping is free from $50 in Quebec and from $100 in most other provinces. Next-day Flashbird delivery to Ottawa, Montréal and Quebec cities costs $11 and is free from $50.
Is there a volume discount when I buy several pods or coils?
There is no volume discount for hardware, including pods and coils. Many pod and coil listings are multi-packs, and the pack count (such as 3 pack, 4 pack or 5 pack) is in the product name. Check pack counts when you compare one listing with another.
What nicotine limit applies to the liquid I use in a refillable tank or pod?
The Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations set a maximum of 20 mg/mL for vaping products manufactured or imported for sale in Canada. They also prohibit packaging and selling a product if the concentration shown on the package is above 20 mg/mL. Health Canada's industry guide adds that every immediate container of vaping substance with 0.1 mg/mL of nicotine or more, including stand-alone refill containers, must be child-resistant and display toxicity information.
How do I report a safety problem with a vaping device?
Health Canada says you can report a safety problem with a vaping device or vaping liquid to the manufacturer or retailer, or through its consumer product safety online reporting page. Vaping devices are regulated under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. If someone has swallowed vaping liquid, Health Canada advises getting emergency medical help or calling 9-1-1 or a Poison Control Centre at 1-844-POISON-X (1-844-764-7669).
